The minutes of last week's AGM are available here, any corrections are welcome.

Main outputs were:

• The Officers were all re-elected with the exception of PRO and Youth Officer, where both posts are vacant.
• Ian Willgress was elected a Life Honorary Member
• 50 year memebrship certificates were prepared for Bill Adcock (Desborough), Alan Chantler (Yelvertoft), Maureen Easton (Desborough), Derek Jones (unattached Peterborough Branch), Martin Rowling (Culworth), Derek Sibson (Barton Seagrave), Jane Sibson (Kettering), Laurence Stapleton (Thorpe Achurch), David Teall (Kings Cliffe), Pat Teall (Kings Cliffe).
• From January 2025, subscriptions fees rise to £10 for adults and £5 for juniors and full time students.
• Peal fees remain at 0p per rope
• From the 2024 report, these will be made available free to members who request them by end of February, otherwise they are £5. The same fee applies to non-members.
• The safeguarding officer gave a report and the recommendations are available here.
• The Project at the Old Black Lion was discussed and the meeting agreed that the Guild does not have the capability to take this project further alone.
